TMS is a global software development company specializing in creating diverse in-house products. Founded in 2014, TMS was built and grown around developing our software products, which are now used by tens of thousands of businesses and individuals worldwide. Today, we proudly offer three in-house products: wpDataTables, Amelia, and Trafft. We cover the complete product lifecycle—ideation, design, development, customer success, marketing, and sales.

Personal profile we’re looking for

  • Ability to learn new concepts quickly, self-motivation, excellent communication skills
  • A go-getter attitude, ready to work independently without too specific instructions, supervision, or mentoring
  • Well-organized, delivering the tasks in Scrum time frames, managing the workflow.
  • Quick learner, flexible, and adaptable to dynamic environments

What you’ll do

  • Develop and build websites to support the launch of new products, ensuring a responsive and user-friendly design
  • Maintain and update existing websites, improving performance and functionality as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, marketers, product managers) to translate product requirements into effective website solutions.
  • Optimize websites for maximum speed, scalability, and search engine performance (SEO)
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues related to websites, ensuring smooth and consistent functionality.
  • Implement new features and enhancements based on product updates and user feedback

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technologies, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant work experience
  • At least a year of work experience in the WordPress market
  • Work experience in the SaaS market (would be a plus)
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 (SASS), and JavaScript (ES6+)
  • Understanding of PHP and MySQL
  • Familiarity with React.js or Vue.js is a plus
  • Experience using Git

Pozitivna atmosfera pre svega! Ako ste novi, podrska tokom obuke celog tima, ne samo jednog mentora, ali ne samo to, vec i ostalih timova. Necete dobiti dokumentaciju da cesljate danima, trude se da sto pre krenete da radite i praksa ranije predje na ugovor o zaposlenju. Prilika da se mnogo nauci. Razlicite tehnologije se koriste, prilikom razvijanja proizvoda,a dobijate i priliku da ucite i primenite nesto novo sto zelite. Imate opcije da stalno budete remote, ali i pored toga, ljudi dolaze u office zbog atmosfere. Ne postoji konkurencija, nece niko napredovati ako vi pogresite ili obrnuto. Ceni se svaki trud i nagradjue. Ne mozete da zakucate na jednoj poziciji i poslu i tu ostanete. Nadredjeni se trudi da vas motivise i ima strpljenja za vas i vas napredak kako bi vas zadrzali u firmi. Timovi se konatantno sire i ljudi koji dolaze na obuku i dobiju posao, retko ili uopste ne odlaze. Dobijate bonus dane za svaku godinu u firmi, privatno zdravstveno za koje sam cuo da se kao svuda podrazumeva, ali cujem da nemaju vise sve firme. Proizvodi su firmini, ne radi kao outsource kompanije, gde mozete otici na bench ukoliko npr nema projekata. Klizno je radno vreme. Radi se u kuci, tako da vas niko nece smarati za dress code, ali sve ima granici.

Zamerke

Ako se moze uzeti kao zamerka, ali za ljude koji su jako povuceni i zele samo da odrade svoj posao od 9 do 17h, tesko je privikavanje, jednostavno nije takva firm i. zato je bitno da uzmete u obzir ovu stavku. Ako niste iz Beograda, onboarding je dolazak svaki dan, jer praktikuju da dolaze ljudi kako bi se uzivo upoznali i da bi se znalo ko sa kim i sta radi. Na Dedinju je firma, pa za ljude sa Novog Beograda ume da bude naporno ako nemaju auto, jer treba vise prevoza da se promeni.
