Lead Java Developer

What You Will Do 

Leadership 

• Lead development teams with confidence and professionalism

Engineering Excellence & Best Practices 

• Design and develop scalable enterprise-grade Java applications  
• Drive modern software engineering standards and methodologies  
• Apply best practices in architecture, clean code, testing, CI/CD, and DevOps  
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and engineering practices  
• Improve development processes, code quality, and team productivity  

Required Skills & Experience 

• 8+ years of professional Java development experience  
• Strong experience in leading engineering teams and customer-facing projects  
• Excellent knowledge of Java and modern backend development  
• Strong experience with:  
• Java 17+  
• Spring Boot / Spring Cloud  
• Microservices architecture  
• REST APIs and distributed systems  
• SQL and NoSQL databases  
• Docker & Kubernetes  
• CI/CD pipelines  
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) 
• AI tools and ML principals  
• Deep understanding of software architecture and engineering best practices  
• Strong communication and organizational skills  
• Self-disciplined, proactive, and ownership-oriented mindset  

German Language 

• Fluent German speaker is a major advantage
