We have an immediate opening for a Pre-sales Technical Consultant focused on life science and other regulated markets. In this role you will help enable partners to drive successful sales engagements. You will work directly with partners, customers, and prospects to deliver impactful demos, set up demo environments, provide technical training, and create high-quality documentation.
This role requires a mix of pre-sales consulting, business analysis, and product management skills, along with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Some hands-on technical experience (coding, APIs, integrations, cloud architecture, etc.) is a significant bonus but not required. Fluent spoken and written English is essential.
This Serbia-based position comes with a competitive compensation package.
Responsibilities
Pre-Sales Technical Consulting & Solution Design
- Engage with partners, prospects, and customers to understand their business challenges and align Business Central capabilities to their needs.
- Create and deliver compelling demos and presentations that highlight Business Central’s value.
- Help partners and customers set up demo environments with the right configurations and data.
- Support technical discussions around solution architecture, integrations, and extensibility.
- Work through the sales cycle with sales teams, addressing technical objections and guiding customers toward adoption.
Partner Enablement & Training
- Train partners on how to demo and position Dynamics 365 Business Central effectively.
- Develop documentation, training materials, and best practice guides for partners and internal teams.
- Conduct webinars, workshops, and hands-on training sessions to educate partners and prospects.
Business Analysis & Product Collaboration
- Gather partner and customer feedback to refine Business Central offerings and identify product gaps.
- Work with product management teams to improve positioning, messaging, and solution strategy.
- Contribute to the development of sales assets, whitepapers, and thought leadership content.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a pre-sales, business analyst, or product management role related to ERP or business applications.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences.
- Understanding of cloud-based ERP solutions, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and related applications.
- Ability to create high-quality documentation (e.g., training guides, FAQs, sales enablement materials).
- Technical skills (Power Platform, AL coding, APIs, integrations, etc.) are a strong plus but not required.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and support complex sales engagements.
- Occasional travel (<20%) may be required.
