We have an immediate opening for a Senior Developer focused on life science and other regulated markets. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing modules, features and functions of the Merit for Life Science product as well as designing and developing bespoke D365 F&SCM customizations for Merit customers. You will work closely with functional consultants, business analysts, and other technical teams to deliver high-performance, scalable, and innovative solutions that address critical business needs of Life Science manufacturers and other regulated industry organizations. 

This Serbia-based position comes with a competitive compensation package.

Responsibilities 

• Solution Development: Design, develop, deploy, and maintain customizations, extensions, and integrations within D365 Finance & Supply Chain and related technologies
• Technical Leadership: Provide guidance on best practices, performance optimization, and technical architecture for solutions based on D365 F&SCM and related technologies.
• Application Lifecycle Management leadership: Establish and maintain best practices for code and solution management, dev/test/build environment automation and deployment tooling. 
• Customization & Extensions: Utilize X++, C#, .NET, and Azure services to build high-quality Solutions that align with business processes.
• Integrations: Develop integrations with third-party applications using OData, Business Events, Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, and API-based services.
• Collaboration: Work closely with solution architects, functional consultants, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Testing & Deployment: Support QA testing and oversee environments and pipelines. Conduct unit testing and ensure smooth deployments using LCS (Lifecycle Services) and Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with Microsoft’s latest updates, features, and best practices related to D365 F&SCM and Power Platform.
• Provide leadership and mentoring for Development team members 
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain (formerly D365FO) development.
• Strong expertise in X++ programming and extension best practices.
• Experience building integrated solutions for D365 leveraging core X++ as well as Power Platform and Dataverse elements
• Experience in data migration and integration with external systems (OData, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, REST APIs).
• Solid understanding of Finance & Supply Chain modules, including Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse Management, Production Control.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, LCS, and version control tools.
• Knowledge of SQL Server, SSRS, Fabric and Power BI for reporting and analytics.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Microsoft Certification: Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect Expert
• Experience leveraging C# and Azure .Net development elements when building D365 F&SCM-based solutions
