Product Specialist

As a Product Specialist in our Delivery - Payment team, you will be:

• Analyzing and interpreting client requirements in the field of Domestic Payment and interpreting functional requirements to internal teams, working closely with the development team
• Contributing to the implementation projects through configuring and testing of Domestic Payment
• Writing test scenarios, testing applications, and creating reports on test results, as well as providing customer support during the customer acceptance test
• Participating in the preparation and conduction of training organized for users of Domestic Payment
• Creating user manuals and updating the knowledge base
• Providing an appropriate level of support for ASEE Domestic Payment to ensure fully functional, operational, and optimized applications in accordance with the SLA
• Communicating with clients to precisely define the problem and clearly present the solution

About you:

• You have 1+ years of relevant experience within Business Analysis
• You hold bachelor's degree in Economics or Computer Science (or related field)
• Your previous experience in Domestic Payment and knowledge related to parameterization will be considered as advantage
• You have skills in creating documents such as use cases, business requirement documents, user manuals and test cases
• You have the ability to understand and analyze problems and find adequate solutions
• Your experience in working with databases (MS SQL or Oracle) will be considered as advantage
• You have a strong drive to achieve the best results against internal and external standards of excellence
• You are a good team player and you are open to acquiring new skills and competencies, as well as improving existing ones
