YOUR FUTURE FIELD OF WORK
In digital TV, we create software for devices like smart TVs and set-top boxes. We work on enhancement of TV software components, including Android TV and Linux, to provide customizable experiences for OTT and Hybrid. Our solutions range from basic zappers to high-end Android TV, deployed over 40 million times worldwide. Collaborating with leaders like Google, we work with major manufacturers (ARM, MIPS, Broadcom, AmLogic) and TV brands (Sony, Sharp) as well as telco operators (Bouygues Telecom, NTT, True).
Your role would include:
  • Developing the project plan
  • Coordinating and executing tasks and timelines
  • Monitoring performance and project execution
  • Correcting irregularities during project execution
  • Planning and controlling the project budget
  • Managing risks and issues
  • Monitoring and reporting of implementation progress and status of the project (timelines, costs, scope)
  • Monitoring of project interdependencies
Requirements:
  • University degree in the field of information technology
  • Formal education or trainings in the field of project management, and possessions of certificates such as PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, SCRUM Master are preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in managing complex IT development programs and projects
  • Knowledge of the methodology and tools in the field of software engineering (software development process, release management, configuration management, document management, issue tracking, quality assurance, etc.)
  • Experience in MS Office tools, MS Project, a web-based project management tools
  • Good verbal and communication skills in English

Upoznaj kompaniju RT-RK

Mi smo RT-RK i proizvodimo embedded softver.  Započeli smo ovu granu industrije pre 30 godina.

Embedded je softver putem kog tvoj ekran u kolima komunicira sa motorom ili čipovi u zvučniku sa ostatkom sistema pametne kuće. RT-RK radi najkompleksnije projekte u toj oblasti na svetu, ali više o tome kasnije.

Ponosimo se time da smo obrazovali preko 1000 inženjera u ovoj oblasti, od kojih velik deo još uvek radi kod nas. Sarađujemo s fakultetima u istraživačkom radu. Imamo mentorske programe, stipendije, i naši zaposleni kroz rad na inostranim projektima imaju priliku da iskuse rad u inostranstvu.

Sedište nam je u Novom Sadu od samog početka, a vremenom smo otvarali i odeljenja u Beogradu, Banjaluci i Osijeku.

Organizujemo različite letnje škole i prakse kako bismo pružili studentima priliku da se upoznaju sa industrijom i steknu prva iskustva. Tokom jula i avgusta organizujemo letnje škole u Novom Sadu i Beogradu iz embedded oblasti razvoja.

Osim toga, nudimo programe stipendiranja za studente na različitim nivoima studija. Stipendiramo i izradu završnih radova (BSc i MSc) ako izabereš neku temu sa spiska instituta RT-RK.

Jedina stvar pozitivna je što možete da sakupite kakvo takvo iskustvo pa da konkutišete u drugu kompaniju..

Zamerke

Glavna zamerka je jako mala plata, mislim da portiri i čistačice imaju veće plate i to bez ikakve ironije. Ne mogućnost napredovanja sem ako nemaš debelu vezu pa se često dešava da kolega koji zadnji dođe posle par meseci ti postane šef ili napreduje. Rad se ne ceni ni malo a plata se podiže uglavnom za 50 evra. Da zaokružimo priču na kraju... Tu je i rad u 2 smene kao ni u jednoj IT kompaniji na kugli zemaljskoj.
