Senior Full-Stack Developer / Product Owner (AI SaaS)

HYBRID/ FULL-TIME

About the role

We are building a focused AI-powered SaaS product from our office in Belgrade and we are looking for developers who are passionate about software development. In this role you will act as a Senior Full-Stack Developer and Product Owner in a small, highimpact team.

You will be responsible for both implementation and product decisions, prioritization and operational ownership.

We are looking for developers who:

• Want to build the best possible software;
• Create maximum value for users;
• Use the best tools (AI and others);
• Strive for a high level of automation for themselves and for users (including AI integration and AI chat);
• Build stable software (well tested, scalable, reliably delivered);
• Take 100% responsibility for: development, operations, documentation, onboarding (automated), and support (via AI).
• Software development is done using the BMAD Method and Claude Code for AI-assisted development.

Your Mission:

• Define product vision, MVP scope and roadmap;
• Prioritize features based on user value and cost;
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria;
• Interface with external marketing partners;
• Design and maintain SaaS architecture;
• Backend and frontend development;
• AI integration using Claude Code and LLM APIs;
• Own cloud services, deployments and monitoring;
• Control infrastructure and AI costs;
• Stay in close contact with stakeholders and identify the most important requirements;
• Use AI tools to build the project with good architecture, solid documentation, and best
• practices;
• Ensure there is usable documentation supported by a strong AI support tool;
• Take responsibility for keeping the project stable and secure, and for delighting users.

What You Bring:

• 6+ years professional software development experience;
• Strong full-stack background;
• Experience with structured development methods (BMAD or similar);
• Experience using AI-assisted coding tools (Claude, Copilot, etc.);
• SaaS and cloud experience;
• Strong decision-making skills;
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
