We're seeking a Senior React Developer to join our team, focusing on migrating our technology stack to NextJS and fostering a culture of excellence. This role is designed for someone with extensive experience in NextJS and a knack for mentoring others, ready to dive deep into our codebase and lead significant parts of our tech roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on Diverse Tasks: Work closely with project managers and lead developer on a variety of assignments.
- Migration Efforts: Take the lead in leading projects or major features such as core logic, migrating our old stack codebase to multiple NextJS projects.
- Mentor Colleagues: Provide structured guidance and mentorship to younger colleagues.
- Propose and Discuss Ideas: Be proactive in suggesting improvements and engaging in open discussions, influencing our product direction.
- Enhance and Optimize Codebase: Continuously improve and optimize our existing codebase across various frameworks, impacting our technological capabilities and market competitiveness.
- Participate in Decision-Making: Actively contribute to front-end decision-making processes, shaping the future of our products.
- Engage as a Team Member: Be a vocal and dedicated member of our team, contributing to our innovative and customer-centric culture.
- Collaborate with Lead Developer: Work closely with the lead developer, enjoying a high degree of autonomy in choosing technologies and suggesting new approaches.
Required skills:

Experience: 4+ years of front-end development experience.

NextJS: Proven production experience with NextJS.
- Testing: Extensive practical experience with tests, especially end-to-end (E2E) testing with Playwright.

TypeScript: Profound understanding of TypeScript (ES6+).

CSS and SASS: Exceptional proficiency in CSS and SASS.

Version Control: Proficient with Git version control.

Package Managers: Competent in utilizing package managers like npm or yarn.

Communication: Strong command of written and spoken English.

Linux Environment: Comfortable working in a Linux environment.

What our selection process looks like
For Technical Positions
1. CV screening
2. Sending a test task to all candidates who passed to the next round of selection. The test task is created by the technical lead. The level of difficulty of the test and the period for which you need to complete the task corresponding to the level of knowledge and experience that is required for an open job position. The candidate always has the opportunity to refuse to complete the test task if his/her abilities do not correspond to it or he/she does not have enough time.
3. HR and technical interview in our office or online after successfully completing the test task.
4. The test task review for candidates who did not pass to the next round of selection is sent on request after closing the job position.
5. The final candidate receives an official job offer by email.

Prostor: kancelarije su uredne, stolice udobne, podesivi stolovi; moze se dobiti sve sto je potrebno od pribora, hardvera i softvera; postoji prostor za bilijar i stini tenis; sokovi, grickalice, kafe, voce; Pauze: osnovna pauza je 1h, a pored toga, u svakom trenutno se moze pauzirati, po potrebi - nema pritiska oko toga. Radno vreme: fleksibilno - moze se doci bilo kad do 11h ujutru; svaki drugi petak se radi 4h; Dodatne aktivnosti: ne znam tacno sta je sve u opticaju ali ima dosta team-buildinga koji nisu obavezni; Tim: jako dobra saradnja; starije kolege su uvek tu da pomognu oko bilo cega; nema pritisaka; dobra organizacija; oko svega postoji dogovor; Posao: mogucnost rada u razlicitim tehnologijama i veliki prostor za ucenje.
