Senior Support Engineer

As a Senior Support Engineer in our Banking Outsource - Operations, you:

• Will have an opportunity to use your engineering mindset in order to contribute to maintaining some of the most recognized ASEE solutions products for e-banking, payment institutions and instant payment
• Will be involved in providing timely and efficient resolution of client requests
• Will analyze problem causes and reporting to the development team
• Will write automation scripts for future use, optimization of the application for maximum speed and scalability

About you

• You ideally have obtained College or University degree in computing sciences (or another equivalent)
• You have 2 + years of experience as a System Administrator or in system & technical support
• You have experience and knowledge about Kubernetes and Container-based solutions
• You have experience and knowledge writing scripts (bash, PowerShell)
• You have experience and understand rules for maintenance reverse proxy (HAproxy preferable, Nginx, Apache, IIS)
• You have experience and knowledge about Linux OS and Windows OS
• You have knowledge about database technologies (MS SQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle)
• Team lead experience will be considered an advantage
• You have a strong drive to achieve the best results against internal and external standards of excellence
• You have strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems
• You are a good team player and you are open to acquiring new skills and competencies, as well as improving existing ones
