We are seeking a talented Senior UI/UX Designer to join the team. As part of our client’s mission to double our revenue and expand into the US market by the end of 2024, you will play a crucial role in enhancing their digital products. You'll work closely with a dedicated team of professionals to create, build, test, and improve user experiences and conversion rates, ensuring that customers enjoy seamless interactions across platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Create journey maps and user flows to improve UX and conversion rates
• Collaborate primarily with product managers, marketing team, and sometimes with engineers to define feature requirements, align on the design process and approach, present, get feedback, etc.
• Design wireframes, UI mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma
• Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that align with brand guidelines
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing conducted by researchers
• Work closely with product and development to align product and design vision and implementation
• Study UX industry trends, learn best practices, and innovative approaches, and implement insights into the work process

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing complex projects.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Strong understanding of interaction design, UX and UI principles, and accessibility standards
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Adobe XD and Sketch
• Experience in an Agile environment
• Familiarity and understanding of web front-end technologies
• Knowledge of accessibility standards
