Job Mission

As a Fullstack Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications as part of either our Worker or Company Squads. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features, optimize performance, and contribute to the PowerUs mission.

What You’ll Do

• Work within a cross-functional team to develop full-stack solutions that address user needs.

• Follow and iterate on engineering best practices, such as conducting code reviews and writing unit tests, to maintain a robust codebase.

• Identify and proactively resolve challenges in the product, driving complex technical decisions within your team.

• Demonstrate operational rigor by identifying root causes and fixing bugs within your squad’s domain.

• Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams to build new features.

• Enhance the code architecture while delivering high-value solutions.

• Manage and take ownership of individual projects.

What We’re Looking For

• A few years of experience in both backend and frontend development, with proficiency in TypeScript.

• Experience with our tech stack (Angular, NestJS, Nx, MongoDB, Jest, Docker) is a strong plus.

• Familiarity with CI/CD processes.

• Strong analytical thinking skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

• Self-motivated, communicative, and able to work effectively in a team environment.

• Practical experience and understanding of Agile software development practices.

• Fluent English language skills are essential.
