Supply Chain Analytics Consultant (Customer Success Focus)

Log-hub is a Swiss-based Supply Chain Analytics company specializing in data-driven solutions. Our flagship product — Supply Chain Apps — helps clients make smarter, faster decisions by combining advanced analytics, optimization, and user-friendly technology.

We’re growing rapidly, and we’re looking for a Supply Chain Analytics Consultant (Customer Success) to join our international team. 

You will ensure our Supply Chain Apps customers achieve maximum value. By guiding them in modeling and solving their supply chain challenges, you’ll strengthen relationships, gather feedback, and drive product enhancements. You’ll also collaborate with development, support, sales, and marketing to exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• 1) Customer Enablement
• Guide clients in using our Supply Chain Apps for real-world supply chain and logistics problems.
• Provide analytical support, helping customers model and optimize their challenges.
• 2) Customer Success & Relationship Building
• Organize regular success calls to deepen relationships, gather feedback, and measure Net Promoter Score (NPS).
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
•  3) Product Feedback & Development
• Relay customer feedback and enhancement requests to the CTO and development team.
• Track new feature progress, communicate timelines, and manage release expectations.
• 4) Internal Collaboration & Upsell
• Coordinate with support to address recurring issues proactively.
• Spot upsell possibilities for additional licenses or consultancy.
• Connect development, support, marketing, and sales to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• 5) Reporting & Improvement
• Document customer interactions to give clear visibility to internal teams.
• Suggest new processes or tools to strengthen customer success and retention

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, or related field.
• Technical & Analytical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Ideally some Python (Pandas, NumPy) and knowledge of operations research.
• Industry Experience: Familiarity with supply chain/logistics concepts preferred.
• Communication: Excellent English (verbal and written). Ability to convey technical ideas clearly.
• Mindset: Detail-oriented, enthusiastic about learning, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
