Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain IT Security and Stability: Ensure IT environments are secure, stable, and performing optimally.
- Automate Processes: Utilize automation skills to streamline processes and eliminate repetitive tasks, enhancing efficiency.
- Troubleshoot Issues: Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly and accurately.
- Optimize Systems: Maintain and optimize systems such as AD, DNS, SCCM, and Exchange to ensure smooth operation.
- Cloud: Manage and administer the Microsoft cloud environment, including provisioning, configuration, performance monitoring, policy governance and security
- Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with other IT team members to prevent system downtime and ensure seamless operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Expert Knowledge: Proficiency in AD (with NTP, DNS, and GPO), PKI, DHCP, NPS, FPS, DFS, WSUS, SCCM, and Exchange.
- Experience: Proven experience in maintaining and automating large-scale IT environments, with skills in PowerShell and tiering strategies.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think quickly and troubleshoot effectively to maintain system balance.
- Communication Skills: Ability to explain complex technical issues in simple terms.
