Web Developer

We’re looking for a Web Developer to join our development team in Novi Sad, Serbia. This is an opportunity to apply your creativity to a powerful web application utilized by Ottometric's automotive customers. This front end comprises of video, graphical and custom controls to help our customers test and deliver safe vehicle systems to production vehicles.

What you’ll do

• You will be responsible for building the 'client-side' of our web applications.
• You will translate our company and customer needs into a functional and appealing interactive applications.
• You have the chance to interact with our customer users in development of new concepts within the UI.

Who you are

• 4+ years of commercial working experience building client-side web apps
• Expertise in front-end technologies (React, Typescript, CSS, state management libraries such as React Context, Redux)
• Ability to review and consult the team on architecture, code quality and best practices
• Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities
• You take ownership of your work and are proactive about learning and growing in your career
• Knowledge of UX/UI standards and styles
• At least B2 English level
• Bachelor or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field
• Nice to have: Basic knowledge of Python and SQL
