Job Description:
The Website and Application Manager is responsible for overseeing the performance, functionality, and user experience of the company’s online platforms, including the website and mobile applications. This role involves managing updates, ensuring seamless integration across systems, and driving engagement through an optimized digital experience. The ideal candidate is highly technical, user-focused, and experienced in maintaining and enhancing digital platforms in a fast-paced online environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Platform Management and Optimization
- Oversee the daily operation of the website and mobile applications to ensure performance, uptime, and reliability.
- Collaborate with development teams to implement updates, fix bugs, and launch new features.
- Continuously optimize platform performance to improve loading speed, user navigation, and overall experience.
2. User Experience (UX) Enhancement
- Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify areas for improving the user journey.
- Work with designers and developers to implement UX/UI enhancements across platforms.
- Ensure consistency in branding, design, and messaging across all digital touchpoints.
3. Content Management and Updates
- Manage and update content on the website and mobile applications, including promotions, product launches, and announcements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure timely and accurate content updates.
- Implement tools and processes to simplify content management and ensure scalability.
4. Performance Monitoring and Analytics
- Use analytics tools to monitor platform performance, user engagement, and conversion rates.
- Track KPIs such as bounce rates, session duration, and user retention to identify improvement areas.
- Prepare regular performance reports for senior management, highlighting insights and recommendations.
5. Mobile Application Management
- Ensure mobile applications are updated regularly to meet user needs and technological advancements.
- Monitor app store performance, including downloads, ratings, and reviews, and implement improvement strategies.
- Collaborate with product and development teams to implement new app features and enhancements.
6. Cross-Departmental Collaboration
- Work closely with product, marketing, customer support, and IT teams to align website and app strategies with broader business objectives.
- Act as the main point of contact for all technical and operational matters related to digital platforms.
7. Testing and Quality Assurance
- Oversee regular testing of website and application features to ensure functionality and performance across devices and browsers.
- Manage the identification and resolution of technical issues promptly.
- Implement A/B testing to optimize features and user interfaces.
8. Security and Compliance
- Ensure website and applications meet industry security standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to adhere to data protection and privacy regulations.
- Implement monitoring tools to detect and address potential security threats.
9. Innovation and Trend Monitoring
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in web and mobile development.
- Propose and implement innovative solutions to improve platform capabilities and user engagement.
- Explore emerging technologies like AI and personalization tools to enhance digital experiences.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience managing websites and mobile applications, preferably in a digital or online business environment.
- Strong knowledge of web and app development technologies, content management systems, and analytics tools.
- Proven track record of optimizing digital platforms to improve user experience and engagement.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Additional Skills:

- Understanding of mobile app ecosystems, including iOS and Android platforms.

What our selection process looks like
For Technical Positions
1. CV screening
2. Sending a test task to all candidates who passed to the next round of selection. The test task is created by the technical lead. The level of difficulty of the test and the period for which you need to complete the task corresponding to the level of knowledge and experience that is required for an open job position. The candidate always has the opportunity to refuse to complete the test task if his/her abilities do not correspond to it or he/she does not have enough time.
3. HR and technical interview in our office or online after successfully completing the test task.
4. The test task review for candidates who did not pass to the next round of selection is sent on request after closing the job position.
5. The final candidate receives an official job offer by email.
