QA Automation Engineer

For us, this is a period of new challenges and growth. We are excited to add even more value to our clients. Therefore we would like to expand our Belgrade office, with an experienced, QA Automation Engineer.

Responsibilities:

• Create, execute, and manage test plans, cases, and scripts.
• Execute testing of software applications to validate functionality, performance, and reliability.
• Conduct various types of testing, including functional, regression, and integration.
• Conduct user acceptance testing.
• Analyze test outcomes, identify areas of improvement, and offer actionable insights
  to enhance software quality.
• Develop and Maintain clear documentation of testing procedures, results, and identified defects.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of the agile software development methodology.
• Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium) is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work independently.
