This is you

• Manage user permissions, roles, and security models; configure and customize NAV environments.
• Proficiency in installing, deploying, and upgrading NAV components; manage backups and recovery.
• Solid knowledge of SQL Server, query writing, and performance tuning for NAV databases.
• Experience in C/AL programming, customizations, and integrations with third-party systems.
• Strong diagnostic skills for NAV functionality, performance issues, and log analysis.
• Experience with NAV's reporting tools, Power BI, and Jet Reports for data analysis.
• Proficiency in configuring NAV web services (SOAP, OData) for external integrations.
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and hosting NAV on cloud platforms like Azure.
• Experience using Git or TFS for managing customizations and deployments.

Nice-to-have skills:

• Familiarity with PowerShell to automate NAV administration tasks.
• Understanding of NAV’s successor, Dynamics 365 Business Central, and its migration paths.
• Advanced knowledge in developing custom APIs for complex system integrations.

This is your role

As an Application Operations Engineer, your role will encompass managing, supporting, and troubleshooting the ERP system to ensure smooth operations and user satisfaction. This position requires a diverse set of technical skills and competencies to effectively handle the day-to-day tasks and challenges associated with NAV 2018.
