Applications Delivery Support

The ICRC SDT TI division is responsible for designing, implementing and supporting ICT solutions for more than 20'000 of its employees worldwide. Within the Resource Mobilization and Operational Steering (RMOS) Product Line new Delivery Team members would provide support, development and maintenance of the T&I RMOS HR Product and T&I RMOS SERVICES Product.

The BSSC (Belgrade Shared Services Center) is looking for a suitable candidate to fill the following position:

Applications Delivery Support 

(Location Belgrade)

MAIN TASKS

• Part of the Agile Product Team, employ agile practices and participate in the technical delivery
• Maintains, supports and resolves issues within the Product Delivery Team
• Provides support to other SDT TI teams as well as the end-user as needed
• Ensures service quality, productivity and security, while respecting operating methods defined within the SAFe/Agile methodology
• Ensures a good collaboration with all the T&I teams involved with support and delivery on TI RMOS Product Line

REQUIRED PROFILE

• 5 years of professional experience in the IT field, with a minimum 3 year of application/system administration
• Experience with Microsoft application portfolio
• Knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure based on Windows Server (2016/19/22), Active Directory management and Microsoft-based infrastructure management tools
• Ability and willingness to learn and operate different application software
• Affinity for teamwork, excellent communication skills, and strong collaborative attitude, capable of working effectively with diverse teams, local and remote
• End-user service-oriented, well-organized, open-minded, and adaptable
• Good knowledge of the English language (written and spoken)
• Motivated by the humanitarian work

ASSETS:

• Experience with Web technologies, Linux, SQL, Azure, VMware, Red Hat 8
• Proven experience with VMware capabilities and applications administration
• Scripting (Bash, PowerShell, etc.)
• Agile methodology: Experience using Microsoft TFS/Azure DevOps, particularly the management of PBI (creation, follow-up, and review)
