You will work with Power Tools Business units:
- Training on SAP Sales and Service Cloud solution so you become able to provide support to Product Owner, CRM Capability Experts and C4C Team in general
- Providing support for both Sales and Service module to end users from Countries and Regions applying Support Concept
- Collaborating with various departments and business roles to support the implementation process of Sales and Service Cloud
- Creating, maintaining and improving existing SAP C4C Training documentation
- Organizing and delivering trainings to SAP C4C end-users
- Providing support in different Testing activities (User Department testing, Regression testing, UAT and Integration testing)
- Cooperating with technical department during implementation of technical requirements and bug fixing processes
- Assisting in the creation of documents for business/technical requirements
- Testing SAP Sales and Service solution and document bugs
- Managing manual and automated data imports into the system
- Documenting processes and interfaces
- Performing data quality check
- Relevant university degree (Business Administration, Organizational Sciences, Economics or similar) with focus on IT
- Minimum of 3 years experience with CRM Sales and/or Service solution – SAP (preferred), Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle CRM etc.
- Proven experience in CRM solution implementation is a must
- Background in support processes is a must
- Excellent presentation skills is a must
- Familiarity with Agile methodology
- Working knowledge of JIRA or similar tracking tool
- Advanced Excel skills
- Willingness to work in a global & virtual team setting
- Strong communication skills, analytical mindset, and eagerness to learn new concepts
- Fluency in English
- Willingness to travel
- Passion for working with the latest technologies
- Proactive mindset and adaptability to new development environments

Plata je sasvim solidna, barem u mom slučaju jer sam se u startu dobro pogodio. Nakon toga mi se povećavala svakih 6 meseci otprilike i time sam bio zadovoljan. Smatram da ovo ne mogu generalizovati jer je bilo ljudi koji nisu bili zadovoljni. Ja sam bio deo ECB divizije gde smo imali zanimljiv projekat (iOS app + sdk) Pravili smo SDK za aplikaciju+ aplikacije od nule, koristeci najnovije tehnologije i alate. Imali smo slobodu u donošenju odluka oko tehničkih detalja sto mi je dosta značilo jer sam dosta toga i naučio. Nije bilo pritisaka i rad sa kolegama iz inostranstva je bio sasvim korektan. Ovo naravno zavisi od projekta do projekta, na nekim je bilo mnogo više pritisaka o očekivanja. Tim ljudi s kojima se radi je stvarno super. S obzirom da se najviše radi sa nemcima, balans između poslovnog i privatnog života je stvarno super. Od 2021 sam u Boschu i niko me nikad nije cimao posle 16 za bilo šta. Plus sam 99% provodio radeći od kuće.
Zamerke
Manjak projekata, posebno za mobile developere. Nema najbolje beneficije naspram drugih IT kompanija, ali je meni bilo dovoljno. Neko mozda trazi vise, tipa bolji paket zdravstvenog osiguranja, fitpass, itd... Neki projekti su stariji pa se često i dalje koriste starije tehnologije i dosta je ostalo "spaghetti code". Bosch je specificna firma gde se svaka divizija/odsek gleda kao poseban entitet i onda nekad nije moguće raditi na nekom drugom zanimljivom projektu ako ne pripadas xyz diviziji. To postane problem posebno kada zafali projekata.
