Quectel Wireless Solutions is global IoT technology developer and cellular module supplier of 5G, LTE, LTE-A, LPWA, Smart Module, C-V2X, GSM/GPRS, UMTS/HSPA(+) and GNSS modules. Due to business expansion on Serbian market in R&D Centre, Quectel is looking for motivated and proactive candidates to join our team in Belgrade.
We are looking for: Embedded Software Engineer – Smart Modules
Required qualifications:
- Technical related degree and more than 1 year of relevant experience
- Good skill in C/C++ language programming
- Preferred to have familiarity with embedded and Linux system
- Fluency in English
Main responsibilities:
- Responsible for Android or Linux BSP (Board Support Package) driver design and implementation, with components that include USB, chargeSensor, LCD/TP, Audio, Camera, ethernet, PCIE, bus, etc
- Responsible for Linux kernel new technology research and design
- Support customers to solve BSP problems and issues from customer product
- Write the R&D documentation and user guides

Pozitivni utisci o kompaniji ne postoje, kompanija otpušta radnike koji nisu podobni menadžmentu, koji imaju svoj stav i žele da doprinesu poboljšanju kvaliteta rada, koji kvalitetno rade. Zaposlene ocenjuje menadžment koji ne poseduje tehničko znanje. Kompanija koja prilikom ponude za sporazumni raskid ugovora(jer im tako više odgovara, da ne bi postali sumnjivi zašto otpuštaju više zaposlenih u vrlo kratkom vremenskom periodu), nudi bruto plate, nijednog trenutka ne spomene da će biti isplaćene neto plate ustvari. Naravno, pre ponude za sporazumni raskid prete jednostranim raskidom ugovora, uz nerealan period i nerealne zadatke za poboljšanje radnog učinka. Naravno, radnog učinka koji je smisleno opstruisan od strane menadžmenta.
