IT Services Expert (Integration)

If you find it interesting to:

• Work on new demands - from analysis until deployment
• Provide application support and proper functioning service
• Work on Incident/Change/Problem management for supported business systems/services
• Continuously improve/optimize business systems for performance and operability
• Deploy new services or functionalities to the production environment
• Work on constant improvements, solutions by developing new tools and scripts

If you have:

• At least 2 years of experience in technical application support or planning of business systems
• Good knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL
• Good knowledge of Unix/Linux
• Fair knowledge of some programing language (preferably Python, Java)
• Knowledge of web services (SOAP, REST)
• Excellent technical problem solving skills and analytical troubleshooting skills
• Fluency in English
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of TIBCO administrator/development will be considered as advantage
• Basic knowledge of Billing/Charging system, CRM, Provisioning, Product Catalogue will be considered as nice to have
