Junior iOS Developer

We are looking for an Junior iOS Developer responsible for the development and maintenance of applications aimed at a range of iOS devices including mobile phones and tablet computers. Your primary focus will be development of iOS applications and their integration with back-end services. You will be working alongside other engineers and developers working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and the creation of quality products is essential.

What will you do?

• Design and build applications for the iOS platform;
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications;
• Collaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new features;
• Interface with data sources such as REST API's;
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs;
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization;
• Actively keeps current on industry trends, actively improves, and acquires new skills.

 What skills do you need?

• Graduate degree or senior year students from Technical Faculty, preferably ETF, FON, RAF, FTN and Faculty of Mathematics;
• Good understanding of Swift, with a knowledge of its ecosystems;
• Good understanding of code versioning tools such as Git;
• Good understanding of object-oriented programming;
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect to back-end services;
• Willingness to learn accessibility design best practices;
• Eagerness to learn the mobile landscape, architectures, trends and emerging technologies;
• Able to effectively communicate technical issues in a manner all can understand;
• Familiarity with continuous integration will be considered as a plus;
