About the Role 

We are looking for a talented, dedicated, seasoned full-stack software engineer to join our team. Joining us means being part of a forward-thinking team that values innovation, collaboration, and quality. Your Role Would Include:  

• Work on the design, development, and delivery of new functionalities of cloud-based solutions. 
• Demonstrate analytical and logical thinking by solving complex technical problems. 
• Communicate and collaborate with engineering leads, product owners, and team members. 
• Take strong ownership over the developed software functionalities, ensuring accountability for quality, performance, and continuous improvement throughout the product lifecycle.  
• Participate actively in code reviews and mentoring younger colleagues. 
• Be passionate about customer experience and customer flow.

Requirements

• BSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or related disciplines or equivalent practical experience in the software engineering industry. 
• 3+ years of work experience in software development. 
• Experience with one or more programming languages including, but not limited to: C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node JS, C++. 
• Experience with databases like SQL or Mongo DB. 
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git). 
• Fluency in Serbian or Croatian language. 
• Fluency in English language. 
• Qualifications that will be considered as plus: 
• Strong experience in Angular frontend development. 
• Previous experience in developing software solutions for the construction industry. 
• Good knowledge of geometry and libraries for working with it. 
• Familiarity with CI/CD systems (e.g., Azure DevOps) and working with PowerShell. 
• Proficiency in other world languages (German, Spanish, French, etc.).
