RISK Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Risk Specialist to join our Risk team in a dynamic Fintech and e-Gaming environment. In this role, you will support the identification, analysis, and monitoring of operational, regulatory, and financial risks. You’ll work closely with experienced risk professionals and cross-functional teams to help ensure the organization remains compliant and resilient in a fast-paced, high-growth industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying and assessing key risks across the business (operational, financial, compliance, and reputational)
• Support in maintaining risk registers and documentation of mitigation actions
• Help monitor compliance with regulatory requirements, particularly in Fintech and online gaming markets
• Participate in risk reporting and data analysis
• Contribute to internal audits, risk reviews, and incident tracking
• Assist in the implementation of internal policies, controls, and procedures
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks
• Collaborate with teams such as Legal, Product, Finance, and IT on risk-related matters

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships or student projects in risk, compliance, or audit are a plus)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Basic understanding of risk management concepts
• Interest in Fintech, digital payments, or e-Gaming industries
• Good communication and teamwork skills; great knowledge of English (written and oral form)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Nice to Have:

• Experience with risk management tools or platforms
• Additional language skills (especially relevant to global markets)
