Role Summary

As a Senior AI Developer at TargetVideo, you will focus on leveraging advanced analytics to enhance video performance and drive ad monetization. Your role will involve developing semi-automated systems that optimize user engagement and maximize revenue opportunities. Working at the intersection of AI and business impact, you will create solutions that bring measurable benefits to our end users while ensuring seamless integration with existing workflows.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and implement AI-driven solutions to optimize video and ad performance and engagement metrics.
• Design semi-automated systems for ad monetization, streamlining processes and improving revenue outcomes.
• Analyze data and user behavior to identify opportunities for enhancing video content and monetization strategies.
• Collaborate with product and business teams to align AI initiatives with broader company goals.
• Continuously refine models and algorithms to adapt to changing trends and ensure optimal system performance.
• Stay informed about the latest AI technologies and industry practices to maintain TargetVideo's competitive edge.

You Have:

• 2+ years of experience in AI or machine learning, with a strong focus on data analytics and business optimization.
• Proven ability to develop semi-automated systems that enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in working with large datasets to uncover patterns and actionable insights.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and communicate complex ideas in simple terms.
• Experience in optimizing AI systems for real-world use and improving their performance.

You Might Even Have:

• Experience in the media or entertainment industry.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP).
