Senior Full-Stack Developer - Skribble team

We at Holycode are currently looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer (Frontend Focus) with strong skills and proven experience who is ready to dive into the Skribble team, for a full-time engagement, to join our team of passionate IT professionals, here in our Belgrade office.

Challenging things you'll work on: 

• Lead and contribute to major engineering projects, ensuring clean and scalable code.
• Gain a deep understanding of the features being developed, and communicate their purpose effectively to the team.
• Conduct feature discovery, identifying dependencies, implementation risks, and necessary data migrations or refactoring.
• Provide accurate estimates for project planning and manage your workload effectively.
• Support peers through pair programming, code reviews, and mentorship, maintaining a respectful and constructive approach.
• Adapt to shifting priorities and ensure flexibility in the development process.
• Actively work to reduce technical debt while communicating larger refactoring needs to the team.
• Take accountability for both individual contributions and the team’s overall success.
• Write and review code with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and readability.

About the tech stack: 

• Frontend Technologies:
• JavaScript / TypeScript
• vue.js / nuxt.js
• Backend Technologies:
• Java 8/17
• Spring Boot
• Bonus - Experience in Python
• Integration tests
• CI / CD
• Microservices in a K8S environment

Your contribution to the team includes: 

•  5+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer with a focus on either frontend or backend development.
• Proficiency in the specified frontend or backend technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
• A proactive and accountable mindset towards project and team outcomes.
