C# Game Developer – IGT Blue Goat Studio

We are looking for a talented and passionate C# Game Developer who thrives on building high-quality, high-performance games and transforming creative concepts into robust, production-ready solutions.

In this role, you will work closely with game designers, artists, mathematicians, and QA engineers to bring engaging game experiences to life. Your contributions will play a key role in ensuring our games are visually compelling, technically excellent, and optimized for performance.

What You Will Do

As a C# Game Developer, you will help transform creative ideas, mathematical models, and artistic vision into engaging gaming experiences. You will work in a highly collaborative environment, partnering with teams in Belgrade and across our global organization.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop casino games and game features using C# and Unity for deployment on gaming machines in casinos worldwide.
• Implement new functionality using our established game framework with a strong focus on visual quality and player experience.
• Collaborate closely with technical artists and designers to deliver engaging and polished game features.
• Implement game logic and mathematical models that drive gameplay.
• Optimize game performance, memory usage, and loading times to meet platform requirements.
• Estimate development effort and actively participate in sprint planning, Agile ceremonies, and technical discussions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues throughout the development lifecycle.
• Work closely with game designers, mathematicians, artists, and QA engineers to develop effective solutions and continuously improve game quality.
• Contribute to maintaining high coding standards, code quality, and application stability.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant software development experience. Exceptional candidates with less experience and a strong aptitude for learning are also encouraged to apply.
• Professional experience developing applications using C#.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and software design practices.
• Experience with Unity or a similar game/application development framework is highly desirable but not required.
• Experience developing event-driven applications.
• Understanding of application performance optimization, memory management, and efficient code practices.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, Agile development environment.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills, as you will collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across multiple international locations.
