Software Support / Test Engineer

(Belgrade)

Main responsibilities:

• Customer support (problem recognition, resolving or delegation)
• Work in ticketing system application
• Forum maintenance
• Help maintenance
• Automated tests execution and analysis
• Test reports creation and analysis
• Test plans, test cases, test requirements creation and analysis
• Manual testing
• Business process analysis
• ERP systems and business applications analysis
• Business process mapping
• Documentation maintenance (Creation / Update / Revision)
• Procedures maintenance (Creation / Update / Revision)

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Knowledge of SQL and database concepts
• Understanding of basic software life-cycle process
• Proficiency in English language (reading, writing and conversation)

Ideal candidate knowledge, skills and abilities:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, electrical engineering or related fields
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and database concepts
• Understanding of ERP systems
• Understanding of business processes
• Knowledge of testing, customer support and software development processes
• Professional proficiency in English language (reading, writing and conversation)
• Strong work ethic
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Analytic approach in problem solving
• High level of self motivation and initiative
• High level of responsibility and conscientiousness
