What will you be doing?

• Build the processes and contact cycle to increase conversions and maximise the efficiency and number of wayleaves that can be signed through the team 
• Act as a point of escalation for deals or challenges in the sales process for sites
• Use data analysis to ensure that potential customers are contacted at the best opportunity for conversion, maximising sales
• Responsible for the day to day operational management of the wayleave telesales department to achieve agreed sales targets and KPIs
• Lead, coach and support members of the wayleave telesales team to ensure that the team is providing a great quality of service

What are we looking for?

• Extensive experience managing a telesales call center to achieve challenging operational KPIs
• Experienced people manager with ability to train and develop both experienced agents and those new to telesales
• Excellent conflict resolution skills, with experience of dealing with escalated customer complaints
• Outstanding English written and oral communication skills
